The facilitator asked us to talk in our small groups about a time we received great customer service and a time we received horrible customer service. Well, of course, everyone had a story about horrible customer service; those things stick with you. But I told my group about how pleased Keith and I were when we refinanced our home and how easy you made it and what great customer service you gave us. This is the example of good customer service that sticks out most in my mind.

After we were done talking in our small groups, the facilitator asked if anyone wanted to share their stories. A lady at another table (can't remember her name) got up and told us about a mortgage broker who gave her such excellent customer service that three years later she's still getting birthday cards from him and he always remembers her kids' names and how it was the best experience for her and her family working with you. I couldn't help but ask her who she was talking about, well of course it was you. So, your great customer service led to us comparing notes and everyone in the room was wanting to know your name, etc.

I just wanted you to know how your attention to detail really pays off. It's too bad more people in the service area don't realize how important the little things are.
